Focus - “Precept-Upon-Precept: Titus”

We live in a society that is mixed-up, confused and hurting, there are even some who profess to know Christ that are drawn to its pull. However, it is possible to reflect a life that honours God and has a positive impact on those around us. As we study through Titus, we’ll understand how Biblically sound teaching instructs us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires to live sensibly, in a way that pleases Christ.

We are excited to offer you this opportunity to join us for 3 days to dig-deep into the book of Titus and mine the treasures of this short letter. Additionally, you will learn how to study Precept-Upon-Precept, our most in-depth Level 5 study resources and be taught how to lead PUP discussions. We will also cover how to set up classes so you can run your own discipleship groups. Each day will start with a short devotion and there will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

We’ll meet together each day from 9am – 5.00pm online, with daily assignments to be completed outside of these hours. You must also complete in advance of the course Lesson 1 Days 1-5.

Upon registering, you will receive two resources:

• Titus PUP (NASB)

• How To Study Your Bible

Please note that as this is a Level 5 study, previous experience of Precept Upon Precept is essential. For example,

• Students should have studied at least 1 x PUP course;

• Previously attended an in-person or online training, ‘How to study Bible using PUP’ or similar;

• Studied using the Precept Training Pathway – ‘How to study the Bible using PUP’.

We also have a long-term vision of raising up Precept Trainers across the UK and Ireland who will have completed all 6 courses as part of the training to become Precept Trainers. 

In order to complete some of the studies, there will be optional follow-up meetings after the course but if this applies, dates and times will be confirmed.

Cost £25

This is a stand-alone course. However, it is one of 6 comprehensive courses that make up the Precept Leader Academy (PLA).
